1. If you’re logged in using the same account used to create the event, you already have the ability to issue cash tickets.

  2. Login to showshappening.com and navigate to your event page.

  3. Select tickets to be issued as cash tickets and click on Proceed to Cashsale/Complimentary.

  1. Enter the Name and Surname of the person who will receive the ticket.

    As for the tickets you have 2 options: either send the ticket directly to the person who will receive the ticket or else send it to yourself and then forward it.

    Choose No in the option Consider All This Order As A Complimentary (since this is a cashsale).

  1. Click on Process Payment.
  2. Tickets are sent via email.

NOTE: Make sure you’re logged in on showshappening.com using the same account used to create the event. If you still cannot see the Proceed to Cashsale/Complimentary icon after selecting tickets, make sure that you are listed as a seller in Sales Channels. You may view these instructions here.
