Login to showsmanager.com and go to My Events.
Click on SHOW TOOLS under your event.
Select Sales Channels.
Navigate to Ticket Office and click on + ADD A TICKET SELLER.
Select Individual and enter details as required. Make sure that the seller has an account on showshappening.com or showsmanager.com. You may also set up a cash discount percentage for a seller. Click on ADD.





The seller can then login to showshappening.com and navigate to the event page and follow these steps:

Enter the Name and Surname of the person who will receive the ticket.
As for the tickets you have 2 options: either send the ticket directly to the person who will receive the ticket or else send it to yourself and then forward it.
Choose No in the option Consider All This Order As A Complimentary (since this is a cashsale).
