1. Login to showsmanager.com and go to My Events.

  2. Click on SHOW TOOLS under your event.

  3. Select Sales Channels.

  4. Navigate to Ticket Office and click on + ADD A TICKET SELLER.

  5. Select Individual and enter details as required. Make sure that the seller has an account on showshappening.com or showsmanager.com. You may also set up a cash discount percentage for a seller. Click on ADD.

  1. Once a seller is added, you may view them under Individual Runners and you’ll be able to view data once they start selling tickets.

  1. The seller can then login to showshappening.com and navigate to the event page and follow these steps:

    1. Select tickets to be issued as cash tickets and click on Proceed to Cashsale/Complimentary.

    1. Enter the Name and Surname of the person who will receive the ticket.

      As for the tickets you have 2 options: either send the ticket directly to the person who will receive the ticket or else send it to yourself and then forward it.

      Choose No in the option Consider All This Order As A Complimentary (since this is a cashsale).

    1. Click on Process Payment.
    2. Tickets are sent via email.
