Fill in your event information as prompted.
If your event occurs once or on multiple dates, you can add them all here. It is important to click on +ADD DATE.
You can set a specific date & time when tickets go live.
Set your event as public to make it visible on our website, or keep it private so only those with the link can access it.
Choose a primary category and relevant tags for your event.
Upload a poster, ensuring that the file size does not exceed 2MB. Enter a brief event summary and a detailed description covering key details like performers, lineup, schedule, and sponsors.
Set the minimum age for attendees. Enable child tickets if applicable and specify the age limit for free tickets. Indicate if accessibility tickets are available.
These are our standard terms and conditions. You may include additional terms specific to your event.
If we already have the plan, you may search & select it from our system. Contact us on [email protected] if you need a custom plan.
After you select the plan, you need to add the ticket types. Click on + Create Ticket types
You may choose to hide the ticket type from the public.
Enter the details as required.
There is no need to set a limit of tickets for a seated event. The system won’t issue more tickets than the number of seats in the plan.
Click on **Add Ticket.**
These are some additional settings that you may set up to your ticket type. These are **optional**.
To allocate the ticket types you created before to the seats on the seating plan, click on Choose ticket types. For instructions click here.
To block or hide seats, click on Disable/Enable seats. For instructions click here.
You may also block a whole section if your seating plan has multiple sections. Click on Disable/Enable section. For instructions click here.
If your event has multiple dates and the ticket types differ, you may allocate seats depending on the date.
When ticket types are common across all dates, you DO NOT need to choose a date (All Dates).
You may tick the Select All box to allocate one ticket type to all seats. Click on SAVE.
You may also toggle Enable Dragging to select which seats you want to allocate the ticket type to. Click on SAVE.
You may also click on the seats one by one to allocate the ticket type. Click on SAVE.
There are 2 options from the dropdown menu. Disable means ticket buyers are able to see seat on the plan but cannot book. Hide means that ticket buyers will not see the seat at all.
Choose which option applies best for you.
You can toggle the enable dragging icon if you will be blocking multiple seats.
Click on Disable/Enable to save.
You may select already blocked or hidden seats and click on Disable/Enable to make them available for sale.
