Search for ShowsManager (one word) in your app store or use the direct links below:

Logging In:

• Promoters: Use the same login details you used to create the event on ShowsHappening.
• Staff/Scanners: If you are allocating scanning rights to someone else, you must first add them as a "Ticket Scanner" on Showsmanager.com. You can find instructions here.

🎫 2. Selecting Your Event

Once logged in, you will land on the Events Page.

1. Find your event: If the screen is blank, ensure your event is "Published" or that you have been properly assigned as a scanner.

2. Proceed: Tap your event and click Proceed.

3. Select Date/Time: If your event has multiple slots or days, select the specific session you are currently scanning for.

🔍 3. Scanning Methods

You have two primary ways to check guests in:

• Camera/Laser: Use your phone’s camera (or the built-in laser on official ShowsHappening devices) to scan the QR code on the ticket.

• Manual Search: If a ticket is damaged, tap the Search tab. Type at least 3 characters of the customer's name, find their order, and tap Scan to close the ticket manually.
