Logging In:
Once logged in, you will land on theĀ Events Page.
Find your event:Ā If the screen is blank, ensure your event is "Published" or that you have been properly assigned as a scanner.
Proceed:Ā Tap your event and clickĀ Proceed.
Select Date/Time:Ā If your event has multiple slots or days, select the specific session you are currently scanning for.

You have two primary ways to check guests in:


Pay close attention to the colour banner at the top of the screen after every scan:
| Result | Status | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Green Banner | Valid Ticket | The guest is good to go! |
| Red Banner | Invalid Ticket | The ticket has either already been scanned or is for a different date/event. |
