You can add a new user to:

• Create an event under a new promotion
• Scan tickets for your event
• Collaborate on an event
• Sell tickets for your event

1. On your event click on Show Tools

1. Click on Manage Users

2. Enter the email address of the new user and select their role.

   • Promoter - Full Access to everything on the event.
   • Report Viewer - Access ticket sales and statistics on the event.
   • Barcode user scanner - Can scan tickets on event, and can also view number of open and closed tickets for event.
   • Barcode user scanner Only - Can scan tickets on event, but cannot view number of open and closed tickets for event, on ShowsManager.
   • View all ticket types - Views all ticket types even those that are hidden or disabled.

3. Click on submit
