NOTE: If your event is a seated event, if you like you can first block the seats needed for complimentary tickets in order to ensure that ticket buyers do not buy them. For instructions on how to block seats click here.

This is the process to issue complimentary tickets to your event. If you’re using the same user login used to create the event, skip to step 5.

1. Login to showshappening.com and navigate to dashboard.

2. On your event click on Show Tools

1. Click on Ticket Outlet / Runners

1. Add your email address (this email must be the same email that will be used to issue the complimentary tickets). Click ADD.

1. Navigate to view event, the event page on showshappening.com. Select tickets you want to be issued as complimentary and click on Proceed to Cashsale/Complimentary.

1. Enter the Name and Surname of the person who will receive the ticket.

   As for the tickets you have 2 options: either send the ticket directly to the person who will receive the ticket or else send it to yourself and then forward it.

   Choose Yes in the option Consider All This Order As A Complimentary.

1. Click on Process Payment.
2. Tickets are sent via email.
